Dear students, esteemed teachers and administrative staff!

Today we are not only starting a new academic year, but also have the honor of witnessing the 30th anniversary of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. Exactly thirty years ago, Manas University, founded by the joint will of two brotherly countries, has become not just a higher education institution, but a bridge of science and culture that lays the foundation for the future of the Turkic world.

Over the past four years, our university has entered the top 1000 universities in the QS World University Rankings, proving that it occupies a significant place in the field of international higher education. This achievement is a clear proof of the concept and mission of Manas. Our concept is “To educate the generation that will build the joint future of the Turkic world with the light of reason and science”, and our mission is “To prepare our students for life as universally educated, rooted individuals who serve their people and humanity as a whole”.

Dear students!

You are the heart of “Manas” and the builders of tomorrow. Your university aims to give you not only knowledge, but also values, vision, responsibility and confidence. We expect you to take ownership of your university, make the most of all the academic, social and cultural opportunities it offers, and spend every day with enthusiasm for learning. Do not forget that you are the generation that will build an even stronger tomorrow for Kyrgyzstan and the Turkic world in the future!

Dear teachers and administrative staff!

The greatest contribution to the level that our university has reached in 30 years belongs to you. Thanks to your hard work, constant efforts and dedication, “Manas” has become a prestigious scientific center in the region and the world today. I am confident that you will prepare students for the future with the same strong faith and determination in the new academic year.

On the eve of the 30th anniversary, I wish the 2025-2026 academic year to be a year full of health, peace and success for all our students, teachers and administrative staff. I am deeply confident that together we will bring Manas University to great goals with the concept of “More than just one university”.
